General Info

Welcome to the Bethel Middle Candy Cane Classic!  We are excited about hosting this event!

The tournament will be held at Bethel Middle School Gym, we are located in Alexander but part of Bryant School District.  

We are only accepting physical notebooks at the tournament. (no online notebooks)

We will have a concession with drinks and snacks, along with a lunch option that will be posted closer to the tournament date.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If severe weather becomes a concern a decision will be made as early as possible and contact will be made to the coaches on the registration form information. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be awarded if the event is completely canceled.  The $5 fee charged by RobotEvents is non-refundable.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will not be a refund awarded. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
