The Marksmen will offer our initial tournament of the season with a limit of 24 teams. There will be no judging at this one. Look for one in the future of this season.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

9:00 (10:00) Match skills released

9:15-12:00 (10:15-1:00) Qualification matches start

12:00-12:30 (1:00-1:30) Matches stop for lunch

12:30-2:15 (1:30-3:15) Qualification continues

2:30 (3:30) Finals matches (Top 16 teams go to finals)

No volunteers will be necessary at this point.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The weather in January or any other month in Indiana is unpredictable. The decision to go or no go is made by our administration. Teams will be notified ASAP of a bad weather decision cancellation. If the event is canceled on our end refunds will be given. If we have the event and you are unable to make the trip on your end refunds will not be given.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Payment is expected to be coming when teams are registered. If you decide to pull out you may be refunded ONLY if we have teams to take your spot.
