General Info

We are excited to welcome you to the Lawrence Township Tournament at Fall Creek Valley Middle School. We hope your teams will enjoy competiting and meeting other teams from around Indiana. 

This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event. 

Any team not paid by November 25th will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list. 

All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

Judging Format: Remote Engineering Notebooks

8:45 am   |   Drivers Meeting
9:00 am   |   Qualifications Start
10:30 am |   15 minute Referee and Snack Break
12:00 pm |   Qualifications and Skills stop

These events take a lot of awesome people to run, and we are always looking for more. If you want to, or know someone that wants to volunteer please don't hesitate to reach out to the Event Partner. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event will only be cancelled if MSD Lawrence Township Schools cancels all events.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds minus $5.00 will be issued


If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be given.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
