General Info
Thank you for registering for the Northeast Indiana VEX IQ Blended league. This league consists of three regular after school sessions, each running approximately two hours long, Scrimmage on 11/16/23, Qualification matches on 12/14/23, and 1/18/24 . During these Sessions, teams will compete in qualifying matches. Teams will be ranked throughout the season based on their qualifying matches. The Finals Round will be held on 2/22/24.
Robot Skills will be offered at each Session. Each team will be given 3 programming and 3 driving opportunities per Session. Finals night will include awards for Teamwork Champions and Skills Champion.
Event payments are expected when you register and must be completed 3 weeks prior to event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register. Please contact us if there are considerations to be made.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather forecasts, please contact Brenda Mundroff at (260) 438-2047.
If St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School cancels school because of weather, this event will be canceled.
We will reschedule events to a date within two weeks of prior date when possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If school is out of session for an extended period of time due to COVID-19, and we have to cancel all League Sessions, refunds will be approved.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the date of the first event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed following the event.
