Welcome to the Crown Point Fall Competition "Full Volume"!

This is a MS event at Col. Wheeler Middle School gymnasium. 

We will have a fully stocked concession stand as well

Early Bird Registration will be used this year.

Note: The first three events selected will count toward Early Bird and cannot be changed once used.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

7:00 - 9:00 - Doors Open (Central)

8:30 - Inspection start, all fields open for practice to teams who have passed inspection

9:15 - Inspection ends

9:30 - Opening Ceremonies

10:00 - Qualification schedules distributed

10:15 - Qualifications and Skills start

11:30 - Qualification schedule stop

12:00 - Lunch Break

1:00 - Qualifications Start

2:30 - Qualifications and Skills Stop

2:45 - Finals match schdule distributed

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Registration fees will not be refunded if teams do not cancel at least two weeks prior to the tournament. 

All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the competition. Refunds will not be issued to teams who arrive after competition rounds have begun. 

In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to inclement weather or a credit for entries into a future event will be offered to all paid teams.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

All refunds will reissue (not including robotevents.com fees) or a raincheck will be issue for a future competition.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be issue back if the withdrawl is 2 weeks before a competition.(not including robotevents.com fees). 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
