General Info

Final Tournament Information Email was sent to both primary and secondary team contacts on Sunday, NOVEMBER 26th.

**Teams who have not paid their registration fee by Monday, November 27th will be moved to the waitlist and risk losing their spot.**

Teams will be allowed 1 coach in the pit area. Inspection and Practice Fields are for students and event staff ONLY. Parents and anyone else associated with your program must remain out of the inspection line, pit area, and practice fields.

Foothills MS Address: 1410 Maple St - ask drivers to meet you at the EAST Entrance (Main Entrance). Consider leaving your team number with your order in case your delivery driver is looking for you and our volunteers can help locate you!

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Notebooks are to be submitted at team check-in. 

Please print your team notebook prior to arrival as printers are not available for use.
