General Info
SCORE is looking forward to hosting our annual autumn tournament on the plains.
We encourage new & experienced teams alike to get some very valuable early season experience that will help propel you into a successful season! Come test out your design & programming ideas, make some new VEX friends, and have a great time celebrating the changing of the seasons!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where we will post updates about the event status as needed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Due to how Robot Events send payments to SCORE, we are unable to offer refunds to teams that have completed payment. In the event the EP Needs to cancel this event after payment has been made, that money can be applied to a future SCORE event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We are unable to offer refunds for this event. Because of this, teams should wait to make payment until they are certain they can and want to attend while being mindful of the payment due date. Any team unpaid by the payment due date will be removed from the registered team list without notification.
If a team has to withdraw from the competition after payment is made, SCORE may consider transferring the registration fee to another SCORE-hosted event.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
