General Info

Thank you for registering for our event!

We would like you all to volunteer in any capacity you feel comfortable with. Please also feel free to encourage those adults traveling with your teams to volunteer as well.

https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a0a4baead2fa3fc1-sandy#/

Our events depend on the volunteers; we truly can't do it without you!

Doors will not open until 8 AM. If you get here early. please know that we can not open early. The events quality depends on using every second possible to set up for your teams.

If you are not paid or have made arrangements to pay before Monday, August 28th, you may be dropped from the event to make room for new teams.

Please do not call, prior to the day of the tournament. We are educators and will be working with kids all day. (yes night too! We run late camps.) Please use email as our primary source of communication regarding tournament needs and concerns.

If you are running late on the day off, by all means, please give me a ring so I can communicate that with our TM.

Tournament INFO:

We will have two game fields, 1 skills, and  2 practice fields.

All game fields will be elevated.

Concessions will be available

Lunch pre-orders will go out two weeks prior to the event to coaches.

Hold your coffee mugs high, and cheers to another great season of amazing kids and competitions.

Best,

Catherine Pickavance
