In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Please make sure your team's contact information is up to date in your RobotEvents.com account in the event we need to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed (showing PAID in the system) a minimum of 1 week prior to the event date. Please contact Barry Coleman ([email protected]) regarding any questions or concerns.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event partner cancels the event then all payments will be refunded (minus any charges from robotevents.com)
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Withdrawal from the event requires a minimum of 1 week prior to the event. No show or withdrawal in the week before the event will not be refunded.
Health and Safety Policies
We expect no restriction at the event.
Masks are encouraged.
The event will be broadcast on Youtube.
All In-Person Judging will be conducted at the event.
Teams will be required to submit physical notebooks only at the event.
No digital notebooks will be accepted. If you have a digital notebook, please bring a printed copy, with appopriate evidence that the notebook was created during the full course of the season.
