General Info
We are excited to welcome everyone back, and welcome new teams to our 3rd Annual tournament. PLEASE BRING PRACTICE FIELDS!!

If we get 12 teams in each age division we will split into two divisions with awards for each age level. If not, we will offer Middle School and Elementary Excellence trophies.
Also, due to many teams traveling from far, we will start a little later in the day and skills will open earlier for teams that want to get here early, and will run until finals giving everyone an opportunity to get their skills runs in.
We do have several lakeside cabins available at a discounted rate for anyone wanting to make a mini vacation out of our event) Look under the "Travel" Tab.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event team will make decisions about weather as the issues arise. Teams will be notified immediately about any changes to the event dates or locations.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend will result in no refund given.

Our tournament will be webcast on our youTube channel. Skills will NOT be webcasted.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
