The The Scott County Holiday VEX IQ Tournament is open to Elementary VEX IQ teams. The event is a State Qualifying event. An organized pizza order will be available, as well as concessions. No outside food will be permitted.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event will be rescheduled if canceled due to bad weather. Teams will be notified of cancellation through the e-mail address provided in RobotEvents during registration.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Teams will receive a full refund minus the $5 REC Foundation processing fee

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

  • Teams will receive a full refund minus the $5 REC Foundation processing fee unless it is past the Closed Registration date. 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
