General Info
This League is designed for teams in Sumner County. Once Sept 10 has passed, I will open the remaining spots for outside teams.
Payment is due by September 25th. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact Jeff Wilkins.
If you are outside Sumner County and want to attend, add yourself to the wait list.
All matches will be hosted at Hendersonville High School Cafeteria.
Additional information regarding directions and campus maps will be added soon. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com.
Sept 28th will be practice rounds to get students used to the format and making sure everything runs smoothly for the other 4 nights. The middle 3 nights will have 2-3 matches per night. The final night will include skills and finals for all participants.

Matches will take place on Thursday evenings, 9/28, 10/12, 10/26, 11/9, 11/30
5:00PM Doors Open
5:15 - 5:45PM Event Check-In/Registration/Inspection
6pm - 7:30pm, Matches take place (2-3 matches per night)
8pm - door close
Skills challenges will be on 11/30 along with the finals.
Finals will include all teams.
