General Info
This will be an early event with good competition from around South Carolina! Doors will open at 8:00am on Saturday. This is a qualifying event for the South Carolina VEX IQ Robotics State Championship in the Team Alliance Category. We will update this information if the event qualifies as a Skills state qualifier.
Teams may park in the student parking lot or main parking lot in front of the school. All teams should enter at the main entrance. Only registered teams and mentors should be in the pit area (school cafeteria) during the event, while spectators should remain in the gym to watch the competition. Only team members, official volunteers, and referees should be on the competition floor. There will be concession stands open throughout the day and there is a variety of food options within a 5 minute drive of the school.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of a weather cancellation a makeup date would be established as soon as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event all entry fees will be returned if a makeup event is not able to be scheduled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend the entry is non refundable after Wednesday October 25, 2023.
The $40 dollar entry fee is due by Monday October 30, 2023 at 9:00AM
