General Info

St Martin Robotics Teams are proud to host this years VIQC Full Volume. This competition is open to all registered VIQC teams. The competition will be held Oct 21, 2023 at St Martin Upper Elementary Elementary cafeteria (in back of school).

Your payments must be shown in the system as paid by Oct 16, 2023 in order to participate in the competition. Please get on the waiting list if the competition has filled or you would like to add more than 4 team, if any spots become available I will contact you.

Snack and lunch items will be for sale during the competition.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be reimbursed if the event is cancelled.


If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refunds


Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
