General Info

Team 7200 is hosting the 2nd Annual Mills Matchup VEX IQ Full Volume tournament.  This event will be held at Mills Elementary School at 7200 69th St E Palmetto, FL.  The Mills Matchup is an elementary school only tournament.  Specific award winners will qualify for the State championship.  

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form (also available in Spanish).  Once per season covers all events. 

Registration fees must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  Unpaid teams may be removed from the event and waitlist teams will take their place.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event will take place rain or shine, unless we have a weather event where the school district closes schools.

Refund and Payment Policies

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Teams will not be refunded.     

 

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given to teams that have already paid.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital notebooks must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, February 2nd.
