General Info
We are excited to have you in our VEX IQ Tournament: Full Volume!
For this event, we will have a Digital Notebooks submission by February 5th at 5 pm & Interviews will be in person on the day of the tournament.
YWLA is ready to make this tournament a success, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out. More information will be emailed upon registering, as well we will have concessions available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
You will be informed of any cancellations or postponing of the event due to weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Will send a rescheduled date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There is no refunds for this event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline will be on February 5th, 2024, by 5 PM.
