General Info

Welcome to the 2023-34 West Virginia State Championships, hosted at the Fairmont State University Falcon Center!

Due to Fairmont State's dining contract, outside food cannot be brought into the venue. However, the Dining Hall will be open for lunch - buffet style, all you can eat for $8.

 

Judging Information

In-Person Notebook Submissions

Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

In-Person Team Interviews
Team interviews will be conducted in-person during the event.

7:00 AM: Doors open, inspection begins
8:30 AM: Drivers' meeting
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Practice matches (1 per team)
9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Qualifying matches
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break
1:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Qualifying matches
3:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Finals matches; judged awards presented between matches
4:30 PM: Final awards & closing ceremony

The "campus map and parking directions" under the "documents" tab includes directions to Fairmont State University, as well as showing the location of the parking garage and the Falcon Center on campus. All vehicles should park in the garage.
