General Info
Please add your team to the waitlist if the event is full.
Payments are due by 1/5/24. If your team does not pay by that deadline, you will lose your spot, and teams will be added from the waitlist.

Additional information regarding directions, campus maps, times, and food information will be added closer to the tournament date. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Refunds will be given minus the $5 processing fee from the REC Foundation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be given.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
