General Info

Jenison Robotics Full Volume VEX IQ league event will be held in the Jenison Junior High Cafeteria, enter thru the south door and the cafeteria will be on your left. There will be drinks, candy and chips for concessions. Only teams that are checked in on time will be allowed to compete.  If you are running late please call Tim Hoyt 616.802.8180 to make arrangments. 

The first 3 league sessions are scheduled for October 16th, October 30th and November 13th. On November 27, 2023, the 4th session will be our League Chamionship which will provide teams with an opportunity to compete in the Skills Challenge and judging.

Code of Conduct

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 2 months following the event.

Event payments are due when you register for the event and must be completed (showing PAID) a min of 2 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact us if there are considerations to be made: [email protected]

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
