Inspection/Checkin: 8:00am - 8:45am
Driver meeting : 8:45am - 9:00am
Qualifying rounds: 9:15am - 11:30am
Skills field will open at 9:00am and closes at 1:00pm
Finals: 12:30pm -2:15pm

Event will be held regardless of weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be given minus the $5.00 processing fee
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds
Payment Deadline is 10/27- If a team is not paid prior to this deadline, they may be moved to the waitlist and their spot offered to another team.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
