Date & Time: Saturday November 25 from 8:30am - 4:00pm.
Location: West Vancouver Secondary School - South Campus Gym in the Lower Campus (1735 Inglewood Ave).

Spectators are encouraged! However, please keep in mind the RECF student centered policy.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of an incident or circumstance effecting this event, The event partner will undertake three notification strategies.
- An advisory describing the situation (e.g. inclement weather) and the action being taken (e.g. event cancellation) will be posted to this RobotEvents event listing under this tab.
- The same information will also be e-mailed to all registered team coaches. Make sure your contact information is upto date in Robot Events.
- Teams can contact the school directly (604-981-1100) ask for Mr Pastucha.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds are available to teams that cancel one week before the event.
If less than one week to the event date refunds will be made on a case by case basis.
If you are cancelling with less than 1 week's notice and if another team can fill the orginal teams spot, then a full refund should be available.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Teams will have an allotted time for judging (approx 7 min / team) during the Judging time on the Agenda tab.
