Loking to bump up your driving and coding scores before the State Meet - this is your chance! 

Teams will get 3 chances to drive and 3 chances to code. There is no particular order of teams - just whenver you are ready during your chosen time slot.

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

You should plan to arrive 15 minutes before your time in order to go through inspection. All teams will need to be inspected before being allowed to run their matches.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, the event may be cancelled.

In any event, teams will be contacted as soon as possible with the information. The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds (or credit to a future event) will only be given in the event of a cancellation by the Event Partner.
