General Info

Thank you for registering for the 2nd annual Centennial Middle School VIQC Tournament! 

This is a blended tournament, Elementary and Middle School Teams are encouraged to participate.

We currently plan on having enough volunteers for the tournament, should that change you will receive an email asking for your help with any positions that need to be filled.  Stay tuned for more information on lunch availability, and contact me for any requests regarding lodging.

Refunds will be available up to two weeks before the tournament date, minus the $5 Robotevents fee.

9:15am - 9:30am Kickoff Meeting/Opening remarks

9:30am-12:00pm Qualification rounds

12:00pm - 12:30pm Lunch

12:30pm - 2:15pm   Finish qualification matches & Finals matches

We hope to have all volunteer positions covered locally.  If that is not the case you will be contacted to volunteer via a link posted on this page.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of poor weather, especially issues travelling from the front range, we reserve the right to cancel the tournament and offer refunds as outlined in the refund policy.  

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be available up to 2 weeks before the event, minus the $5 non-refundable Robot Events fee.  Checks will be mailed to the address of your choice.  

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.  Digital Notebooks can be submitted prior to or on the event date.
