Digital notebooks will be submitted utilizing the instructions in the "Judging Format" link on the left side of this page. Please note the deadline to submit the digital notebook. Notebooks received after the deadline specified will NOT be considered for judged awards and will not be reviewed. No exceptions.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, this event may be cancelled or postponed. In the event the tournament is cancelled, refunds will be given.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given if the tournament is cancelled. If it is postponed the registration fee will be applied to the new event date. Refunds will NOT be given if the team decides or is unable to attend for any other reason.
Judging Format
- In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event. Engineering notebooks will be digitally submitted using the instructions below.
- Digital notebooks are submitted at Robotevents.com. https://kb.roboticseducation.org/hc/en-us/articles/8021542769175-How-to-Submit-a-VRC-Digital-Engineering-Notebook, no later than noon CST, January 4, 2023. Digitial notebooks received after that date will NOT be reviewed or considered for judged awards.
