General Info
We are excited to host the VEX IQ Slap Shot Tournament at St. Mary's.
Additional information regarding directions, campus maps, times, and food information will be emailed to registered teams closer to the tournament date. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email mmichael@stmarysschool.org.
Participants are required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com.
If the event is full, please add your team to the waitlist.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency or weather cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled by St. Mary's. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing. Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
