General Info
Welcome to Garland ISD's Turkey Bots! Garland always plays host to some of the best events in the state, Turkey Bots will be no exception! We are looking forward to another great event. This is an in person event with judging.
Please read each of the following.

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct.

Although we don’t expect there to be any violations during the tournament, the EP reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) and ask violaters to leave the premises. .

All participants are expected to have the participant release form (Spanish) on file prior to competing.

Please have all coaches/mentors/chaperones complete our Pit Allowance pass. Deadline to submit is November 5, 2023. Only adults who have filled out this form will be allowed in the Pit Area.

Only 1 adult per team will be allowed to enter the Pit Area. Example - if your organization has 5 teams, you can have 5 adults

Only digital notebooks will be accepted through Robot Events.
- Deadline to submit - November 4, 2022. Notebooks submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Concessions will be available at the event.
Public practice fields will not be offered at this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather, coaches will receive notification via email.
Refund Policy
If there is a cancellation, there will be no refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation. The link is found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. All notebooks must be submitted prior to November 4 for judging.
