October 29:

Notebooks due for judging. No late notebooks will be accepted.

Nov 5:

7:30  doors open. Each team will have a designated spot in the cafeteria

8:00  obot inpection and team registration opens (cafeteria)

9:00  Tournament Opening Remarks and Drivers Meeting

--The tournament will be split into two divisions of 12 teams each--

9:15  Division 1 qualification matches  /  Division 2 skills and judging

10:00 Division 2 qualifying matches  /  Division 1 skills and judging

10:45 Lunch (30 min)

11:15 Division 1 qualifying matches  / Division 2 skills and judging

12:00 Division 2 qualifying matches  /  Division 1 qualifying matches

1:00  Finals

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

For event day information regarding weather delays or cancellations, please check the event page for updates and email Brett Anderson at andersonbj@gm.sbac.edu

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.

Refund Policy

The amount of refund depends on the time the refund is requested.  All refunds for payments through robotevents.com may require 6-8 weeks to process.  RECF will take $5 from each payment and that will be deducted from the refund.

Before 2 weeks - full refund (Less RECF Fees)

Between 1 and 2 weeks - 50% refund (Less RECF Fees)

Within a week of the event - No refund  ( barring extenuating circumstances with documentation)

All refunds depend on when the event partner receives the funds and can be 8 weeks from when you pay.

Remote Notebooks:  Notebooks due for judging by 11:59 on October 24. . No late notebooks will be accepted.

 In-Person Interviews - The Team Interviews will be in-person the day of the event.
