Welcome to the Oxford City VEX IQ Event
This event is open to Elementary and Middle School Teams.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified within 48 hours of the event if we must cancel.
Refund and Payment Policies
If we must cancel the event, teams will receive a refund minus the $5 REC fee.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
