Please be advised that persons aged 18 and over entering the school building MUST show proof of vaccination due to NYC DOE regulations.  Students younger than age 18 are not required to show proof of vaccinations.

If the regulation changes we will let everyone know. 

 

Masks will NOT be mandated for this event.

Pizza Lunch will be offered for purchase as well as snacks  and drinks available at the event.  Please bring some money along if you wish and support our PTA.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If inclement weather becomes an issue, we will cancel the event and issue all teams a refund after we receive payment from robot events. We may issue a snow date but that has not yet been determined at this time.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds given up to two weeks prior to event. If you require a refund please contact the Event Partner by January, 13 2023.

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline for Digital Notebooks Thursday, January 26 2023.
