Pittsboro Elementary is excited to offer our third VEX IQ event of the season!

This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event that will offer 3 State Qualification Spots. State-Qualifying awards given will be the Excellence Award and 1st and 2nd place Teamwork Champions. Non-qualifying awards for Robot Skills Champion and Judges will also be given. Engineering Design notebooks will be collected at the registration table when you enter the event. 

Any team not paid by January 20th will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.

Consent forms must be submitted online through Robot Events prior to the competition.

The day of registration check-in deadline is 8:15 A.M.; teams not checked in by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list. Call 317-440-4012 if you have an issue getting to the event on time the day of.

All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.

Please note that our goal is to run a fun, fast-paced event. We will have a concession stand with donuts, drinks, and snacks. Lunch will not be offered as we hope to wrap up by 12:30 p.m.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone (317-440-4012) if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated at 8:45 a.m. and cannot be re-run.

Refund Policy

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed by November 26th. At that time, un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact Julie Wiles (317-440-4012) if there are considerations to be made.

All requests for refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed ASAP following the event. Any refund will be less the $5-dollar processing fee.
