Volunteer

Volunteer

No experience is required for most of our volunteer positions.

However volunteers should have an interest and enthusiasm for robotics.

Volunteers have a flexible schedule. You can volunteer for the morning shift, the afternoon shift, or all day!

A hospitality room, located in our lounge, will provide a free breakfast, lunch as well as snacks and drinks for all working volunteers.

If you would like to volunteer, please contact Amanda Baker.

  • All volunteers will be trained
  • Head Referee and Judge Advisor must be certified

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Here's hoping this won't happen.  In the event of inclement weather, the tournament will either be delayed by up to 2 hours or postponed to January 28th.  Details will be sent out as soon as plans have been made in the event of any change.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

  • Teams will receive a full refund minus the $5 REC Foundation processing fee
