General Info

This is a low-key, super fun scrimmage to get our students & volunteers excited for the season and familiar with vex tournaments. We will be playing FIVE games!!!

A regulation game of "Slapshot" will be available on one field and each team can have up to 3 Driver Skills turns and 3 Coding Skills turns.

The real challenge will also be offering half-field versions of four previous games: Pitching In, Rise Above, Squared Away, Next Level. What bot can you create to score in all of those the games? Paper judging will be used to crown a Pentathlon winner!

This is an early season scrimmage, bots aren't expected to be ready. Bring what you have! Modify this year's or previous Herobots, or a Clawbot, or heck a Basebot! Don't stress, this is an early season scrimmage, bots don't need to be perfect - let's just have fun!

Carefully read all of the information contained in the tournament posting on RobotEvents.com

Don't forget to pack for the event! Here are a few items that you don't want to forget: Goggles/Safety Glasses, Spare parts & tools, Batteries and chargers, Programming cable, Power strip, Laptop computer
