General Info

This event is open to spectators. Please enter through the back (southside of the building) where you will find parking in our big parking lot.  The front doors will remain locked throughout the day.  Concessions will be available during the tournament.

There are many restaurants available for lunch nearby.  If your team would like to order pizza through our PTO concessions, please visit the concession stand upon arrival to place your order.

This is a tentative schedule.  Things may change a little due to number of teams attending.

This is our first tournament.  We would love to have volunteers to help who have run tournaments before.  Please send an email if interested in volunteering.  Thanks!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Unfortunately, there will be no make-up in case of weather cancellations.

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds will be given once registration closes.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
