General Info
Welcome to the California High Desert VEX IQ Competition League Midtown. The event takes place in Hesperia, Ca. We will be hosting a maximum of 25 elementary teams in our league. This elementary league includes one practice event followed by three league events. The last event will include both the regular league event and the championship, which determines the league winners. Teams must participate in the three league events to qualify for state.

Volunteers are always welcome and needed to make these events run smoothly. All volunteers are welcome to contact the Event Partner directly. Event Partner will follow current CDPH guidelines for schools when inviting volunteers. Thank you in advance for your time.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
League events will be rescheduled if the weather is an issue.
In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency. Make sure your team contact information is up to date in your robotevents.com account, as this is the information that will be used to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds are available after October 21, 2022. Teams that have not paid by October 21st will be moved to the waiting list.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
