General Info
Gold Coast VEXIQ Middle School League at Pine Crest School
Saturdays, 1:00 P.M, - 3:00 P.M.
Our league will meet four times. Meetings 1-3 will consist of oppurtunities for Skills matches along with Teamwork Challenge matches. Meeting three will include time for judges to meet with teams and meeting four will include the Teamwork Challenge finals and awards ceremony.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All teams will be moved inside to a safe space in case of emergencys and bad weather.
If predicted or actual weather is severe enough for cancellations, coaches will be contacted prior to the scheduled times.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds after 10/20/22.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
