Payments are due by 12/2/22. If your team does not pay by that deadline, you will lose your spot and teams will be added from the wait list. 

Additional information regarding directions, campus maps, times, and food information will be added closer to the tournament date.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email jeffrey.wilkins@sumnerschools.org. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com.

Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Please email jeffrey.wilkins@sumnerschools.org to sign up. Volunteers will receive any training necessary and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.

Refund Policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will be given, minus the $5 processing fee from the REC Foundation.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
