General Info

This will be an in person tournament with judging. This event is for teams who have competed in 1 or 0 events this season or have not qualified for the regional championship.

We will be in our school gym, both for the competition and the pit area.  

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct  .

All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

 

Notebook Format: Digital must be submitted by January 26, 2022

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda

7:30   Doors open, teams check in.

7:30-8:30 Robot Inspections

8:15  Opening remarks, driver meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over.  Get your rounds in early!

8:30  Qualification/skills matches start. 

11:30 - 12:30 Lunch 

12:30 - 2:00 Qualification Matches 

2:15 - 2:45 Finals Matches, immediately followed by awards

(Actual times may be earlier or later as adjusted LIVE based on actual gameplay time and situational needs)

Volunteer

We are not open to outside volunteers at this time. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather we will make the cancelation decsision 'Day of' and will reach out as soon as possible. 

Refund and Payment Policies

There will be no refunds from Harmony Science Academy.

Judging Format

 

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
