Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Every effort will be made for all dates to be completed. In the event of a weather emergency, an make-up date will be offered. The make-up date will be contacted with coaches.
Refund and Payment Policies
Every effort will be made to schedule make-up dates for any cancelation due to weather or building closures. If the event partner is cancels and we are unable to re-schedule, a full refund will be awarded to all teams. If a team/coach cancels, no refunds will be awarded.
