General Info

We are so excited to have your come to our event in beautiful McGill, NV.  We will be running a full tournament, including robot skills (all robots will get three driving and three programming attempts) and judging.  Notebooks will be accepted in both digital and physical format.  Digital format is preferred, with the link emailed a week in advance of the tournament to be judged.  This event will be a qualifier for the Nevada State VEX IQ tournaments.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If cancellation is required due to inclement weather, all registration funds will be refunded minus the five dollar RECF fee.

 

Refund Policy

If you cannot attend please let us know by November 12 and we will refund all of your registration funds minus the five dollar RECF fee.  After this date, no refunds will be issued.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
