8:00 Doors open, registration, and inspection
IF YOU ARE NOT CHECKED IN BY 8:45 YOU WILL BE LEFT OFF THE MATCH LIST. IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND CALL ME AT 561 463 8641.
9:00 Opening remarks, driver meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over. Get your rounds in early!
We are going to run in two divisions in the following order:
1: Division 1 runs 4 qualification matches, Division 2 does skills / judging
2: Division 2 runs 4 qualification matches, Division 1 does skills / judging
3: Division 1 runs 4 qualification matches, Division 2 does skills / judging
4: Division 2 runs 4 qualification matches, Division 1 does skills / judging
Matches will run tight. I will have the Emcee start the matches about 10-15 seconds after the last one ends. Your students should IMMEDIATELY get back in the queuing line if their division is running. We will not have the time (or energy) to look for anyone. The matches will run without you!
5: FINALS (9 Alliances, 18 Teams)
This all followed by awards!
I will try and get you all out of there by 2:00, but it could run as late as 5.

Volunteer
We will need volunteers for this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
For event day information regarding weather delays or cancellations, please check the event page for updates and call David Sankey and 561 463 8641.
If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.
Refund and Payment Policies
The amount of refund depends on the time the refund is requested. All refunds for payments through robotevents.com may require 6-8 weeks to process. RECF will take $5 from each payment and that will be deducted from the refund.
Before 2 weeks - full refund (Less RECF Fees)
Between 1 and 2 weeks - 50% refund (Less RECF Fees)
Within a week of the event - No refund ( barring extenuating circumstances with documentation)
All refunds depend on when the event partner receives the funds and can be 8 weeks from when you pay.

The GPS address for the bus loop is across the street from: 1411 NW 31 Dr, Gainesville, FL 32605. If the bus loop is full use the extra parking south of the cafe.

Judging Format
Notebooks need to be turned in electronically. Please note the judge's guide. The notebooks are due by Friday before the tournament at 4 PM. If the notebook URL is to a live document it may be judged at any time after the time in which it is due.
