November 11th

• Referee/ Event partner meetings/ trainings start at 8 AM

• Pits open for set up at 9:30 AM

• Opening Ceromony 10:00

• Practice fields open at 10:30 AM

• Skills opens at 10:45 Teams will attend at their designated Skills time. One representative may hold a spot in line so that match time is not held up.

• Each team has a maximum of 3 skills runs (3 program/ 3 drivers)

• Practice matches from 10:30-12:00  (one per team) 

• Lunch from 12-1

• Qualifying matches start at 1

• Qualifying matches day 1 ends at 4 PM. Each team will play 3 matches

• Day one Doors close at 5PM. 

November 12th

• Pits open at 8:00 AM

• Skills fields open at 8:30AM

• Qualifying matches start at 9:00 AM

• Lunch 12-1 PM

• Qualifying matches resume at 1PM

• Qualifying matches end at 5 PM 

• 90 total matches played

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event: 

• Refunds will be provided.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

• No refunds will be processed.

Moody Gardens will offer a  $169.00 net rate for single or double rooms.  Rates are subject to 15 % occupancy tax. We hold definite room blocks three weeks before arrival, at which time unreserved rooms are released to the public on a space-available basis. 

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (NOON).

SPECIAL CONCESSIONS

HOTEL PARKING

The hotel offers complimentary self-parking.  Event Valet is $7.00 and Overnight Valet is $22.00 per night. Covered Self-Parking $10.00 per day.

Judging Format

Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the Event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation. Notebooks are due October 31st at midnight.
