General Info
It is our intention to run this event as planned with limited capacity and attendees due to COVID-19 restrictions. Should the situation change we will make adjustments including cancelation of the entire event, modified restrictions or increased capacity.
Current restrictions include (subject to change):
- All attendees must be free of all COVID-19 symptoms on the event day to attend and enter the event venue
All participants including parents, coaches, mentors and students must follow the rules in Markham PanAm centre,
- Indoor shoes only at main gym, including competition field, pit areas, etc. Bleachers are exempt from this.
- Water only at main gym, including competition field, pit areas, etc. No food or drinks are allowed.
- All wheels of dollies that will enter main gym must be cleaned before entering.
- No building/repairing robots on gym floor, no tools can be left on gym floor either.

Should the weather prove difficult we will make every attempt to run the tournament and email updates to all teams

Refund and Payment Policies
Full refunds minus 5% administration fee will be given to teams if they cancel by Noon on Friday Nov 25th, 2022. After that no refund will be given.

- The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
