General Info

Welcome to the Oregon Slapshot Last Chance Qualifier Tournament.

Important: This event is considered an Oregon VIQC qualifying event and is ONLY Open to Oregon registered teams that have not yet qualified for either the Middle School or Elementary Oregon State Championship Tournaments.   Teams will be Waitlisted if it has been determined that they have already qualified for State.  

In the event that there are more than 10 MS and more than 10 ES teams, both a Middle School Excellence Award and an Elementary Excellence Award will be given.

Eligible Teams: Oregon VIQC Registered Teams, not yet qualified for State Championship.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time.  If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Please check with the Silverton School District webpage to see if school is closed for inclement weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

Due to the nature of costs associated with hosting events, ThinkRobots 4-H Club is unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

Submission deadline is Feburary 11. 2022.
