General Info

Each team will be given a window to attend the skills-only event. During this time, teams will have the opportunity to do their driver and autonomous runs. Teams will get inspected upon arrival. There will not be a pit area, but teams can use the fields to have a few practice runs prior to their recorded skills runs.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda

During your 1 hour window, you will start by getting inspected. You will then have 1 hour to get in your 6 skills runs (3 driver + 3 autonomous). You will be sharing a field with one other team. Use your time well to get in any practice runs and your timed runs.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

You will be contacted via email if the event is canceled. Since we pay for the space regardless of the weather, we are unable to refund registration if the event is canceled. We will do everything we can to still host the event.
