08:45 – 09:30	Arrive to MTU Nexus Hall. Register your team on arrival at the check-in desk. Handover your Engineering Logbook. Handover Student Consent Forms on the day. Permission for photos etc. Receive your passport that needs to be completed during the day. Image below. Setup at your allocated pit.
09:00 – 09:45	Complete Robot Inspection as soon as possible. There will be an inspection desk.
09:30 – 11:30	Robot Skills Matches. 3 X Driver Skills & 3 X Programming Skills (see Appendix B in Game Manual) -One team per Arena. (up to 6 Arenas play in parallel) -Each skills match is 60 seconds in duration . -Robot Skills is a trophy award and independent of the Teamwork Matches that follow.
11:45 – 13:00	Teamwork Matches as per timetable that will be handed out during morning. -Two teams per Arena. (paired teams pre-decided as per the schedule handed out) -Each team could have up to 8 matches during this period !!! -Each Teamwork match is 60 seconds in duration. -Teams work together to score maximum points.
13:00 – 13:30	Break.
13:30 – 13:45	Top Team Selection. (Top ranked teams form alliance by selecting a partner team for Final Matches)
13:45 – 14:30	Top Team Final Matches.
14:30 – 15:00	Awards.

Event Date will be moved if/as required by weather

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
