Collegium Robotics is excited to host our first VEX IQ tournament! 

We will make every attempt to raise fields off the floor.

Notebook judging will be done electronically.  Please submit your digital notebook for judging by 6PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee. There will be no makeup date.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by Collegium Charter School.   i.e. Inclement Weather.  Refunds will NOT include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events. Registration fees can either be paid by credit card when you register the team of by check, written to Collegium Charter School on the day of the event.  Teams that have not paid on time will not be permitted to participate.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  to Kathleen Cortlessa by  6PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023.
