Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will be rescheduled if canceled due to bad weather. Teams will be notified of cancellation through the e-mail address provided in RobotEvents during registration.
Refund and Payment Policies
- Refunds will not be given to teams canceling less than a week before the competition.
- Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event to those who cancel in due time.
- If teams registered and paid through robotevents, we must receive the funds from robotevents first. This sometimes takes 3-6 months.
- Refunds from robotevents will deduct 10%.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
