General Info

GENERAL INFORMATION

Cold Spring Tournaments will be divided into TWO parts of the day.  (We have done this before and it works well) 

Elementary Competitions will start at 9 and end by 12:30  

Middle School Competitions will start at 1:30 and end at 5:00

We will offer Skill runs at both competitions. 

All Judging (for those wishing to be interviewed) will be videotaped by our representative the week prior to the event. 

Notebooks must be submitted 10 days prior to the event.

Code of Conduct

All attempts will be made to reschedule the tournament in case of cancellation

Refund and Payment Policies

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be possible in EXTREME situations.  

Any refunds that are issued will have the REC fees deducted and cannot be issued until Event has ended. 

Judging Format

JUDGING

 All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.  Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date OR email to PettyG@myips (preferred method)
