Please check your email for Bad Weather cancellation.  Refunds will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 4 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 6 weeks following the event.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission deadline for digital notebooks is Feb 11.
