January 13:

Notebooks due for judging. No late notebooks will be accepted.

January 22:

7:30  doors open. Each team will have a designated spot in the cafeteria

8:00  obot inpection and team registration opens (cafeteria)

9:00  Tournament Opening Remarks and Drivers Meeting

--The tournament will be split into two divisions of 12 teams each--

9:15  Division 1 qualification matches  /  Division 2 skills and judging

10:00 Division 2 qualifying matches  /  Division 1 skills and judging

10:45 Lunch (30 min)

11:15 Division 1 qualifying matches  / Division 2 skills and judging

12:00 Division 2 qualifying matches  /  Division 1 qualifying matches

1:00  Finals 

1:30  Awards Ceremony

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds given on a case-by-case basis. Generally, no refunds unless there is an emergency.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
